steam chicken with mu-er


Ingredients :
1. soaked mu-er
2. soaked mushroom, shitakei
3. sliced ginger (mix of old and young ginger, preferred)
4. sesame oil ( a little bit will do)
5. white pepper
6. chinese wine, saoxing wine
7. soy sauce
8. a little bit of cornflour
9.soaked keji, goji
10. Kimjeng 金针菜, tie-knot

Steps:

1. Prepare chopped chicken , get rid of the skin . (Keep in tupperware , fridged)
2. soak all mushrooms,red dates and goji, rinse several time. cut half the goji.
Make sure the hard parts of the mushroom are being cut off.
3. mix well and steam in big fire ,then turn slow fire. steam for 30 minutes.
