Peria Ikan Bilis Goreng



Preparation before cooking session:
1. Pre-soak mu-er (木耳) and  Chinese mushroom (冬菇)
2. Ready with a piece of chicken meat. 
3. Some fries ikan bilis (anchovies) 

1. Chopped chicken meat , preferably with some chicken fat attached. fry slowly in pan to make sure some chicken is sipping out of the meat. 
2. Add in chopped mu-er (木耳) and  Chinese mushroom (冬菇)
3.Add in chopped bitter-gourd.
4. Add in fried ikan bilis.
5. Fry..
6. Add in smashed ginger and garlic.
7.Fry
8. Add in some pepper.
9. Add in 豆酱。tauchu
10. add some water.
11. a pinch of salt
12. cook in slow fire fo r 3 minutes, cover up by lid.
13. 勾芡, Add in starch to thicken the dish.
14. Add in chopped green onion , 青葱。
15. Add in chopped red chillies , to garnish it.
16. Add in some vinegar.
17. Add in some 香油, garlic and onion oil.
