Relaunch of Clubs Semester 2 2021

For P4&5 students who are in:

1. Archery

2. Library

3. Robotics

4. STEM

5. ODAC

As per MOE advisory, Madrasah Irsyad will be resuming the above Clubs on Term 2 Week 5 (26-31 July). In order not to cancel any of the 15 sessions, there will be a mini-'day camp' for each clubs during the Sept holidays and SA2 marking days.

For P6 Archery Club students,

Kindly be informed that the remaining 5 sessions will be re-scheduled to the following dates:

- Session 4: 6 Oct

- Session 5: 9 Oct

- Session 6: 13 Nov

- Session 7: 16 Nov

- Session 8: 20 Nov


*Due to uncertain nature of the Covid-19 pandemic, Madrasah Irsyad is tentatively withholding its plans to expand the number/types Clubs it offers, until further review.

HOW TO REGISTER

Afwan. Registration is closed for Sem 2 2021. Do make doa that Term 3 goes well for us to complete all the planned sessions before we could roll out other clubs in the near future, insyaAllah (P5 Sports Club, Masterchef and Archery Club).

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

1. Students who have existing extra classes on the particular day (e.g. Mendaki/English/Arabic Remedial) and have outstanding arrears will not be allowed to join the club.

2. As per any CCAs, successful students will continue to train until the end of the 15 sessions. Student will not be allowed to withdraw at any point of time.

3. Parents are to ensure transport for their child. Parents may contact Kurnia if they are providing service during the training days.

4. We advise parents to register their child only for ONE club so as to allow other students with the opportunity to join a club.

We seek your kind understanding that space is extremely limited currently. The Madrasah is constantly reviewing our safety protocols and operational ability so that we could offer your child with the most opportunity for a holistic education.

Do keep us in your do'a and support to be able to constantly expand the clubs for students in the near future.
